Your satisfaction is extremely important to River Ridge Enterprises. If you need to return a product, we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you.
A RMA# MUST BE ISSUED - before returning anything to River Ridge Enterprises. Please contact us at 888-802-6246 Ext. 3 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA for your order.
We will accept unwanted product in unused, unaltered condition with original, undamaged packaging or defective product within 30 days of purchase for refund, credit or exchange. The 30-day period begins once the merchandise is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier until we receive the merchandise back at the shipping facility. All return expenses are paid for by the customer and expected to be sent in a safe and secure package the same way they were delivered.
If the reason for return is buyers remorse and there is nothing wrong with the item it will incur a 5% restocking fee, this is to cover the expense we incur to ship it out, receive it back, process, restock, and often times have to send it back to the manufacture for testing.
After 30 days, we will offer an exchange or (store credit) with proof of purchase. If an exchange or store credit is not wanted there will be a restocking fee of 20%.
We do not accept returns on ammunition (live or projectiles) after it has been in the hands of the public for many obvious reasons. However, if you receive any defective ammunition we can either have you return it to the factory for an exchange or we may offer you a refund. These are on a case by case basis, to date there has not been one case.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not accept returns on products that are more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with your return.
